I have so many beautiful graphics created in preparation for the I STILL HAVE LOVE TO GIVE launch, but I'm kicking it off by sharing this one. This graphic encompasses the entire vibe of the collection-->let go of the past and let new love bloom. 🌷🌸
This poetry collection is divided into three sections which when read in chronological order tell a complete story of heartbreak to hope.
The first section, We Were Too Young, showcases heartbreak from the first cut to reaching a place of acceptance and even forgiveness.
The second section, Just Another Heartbreak Story, reveals a new love, or rather, the fantasy of new love, and how that influences the healing journey. This section includes poems of longing and lust, even some erotic ones.
The final section, I Still Have Love to Give, is told from the other side of heartbreak. It describes the love that I desire, the man I desire. This section embodies hope.
If it isn't obvious, you can expect to experience a spectrum of emotions with this read. Whether you're reading for pleasure or with the purpose of healing, I feel this collection has the power to resonate.
This poem is short and sweet but it's one of my favorites. I think every hopeless romantic can relate to this one. ♡
